Composed by Eric Peterson, Betwixt's fully original soundtrack is 50+ tracks long spanning more than two hours of music. The soundtrack focuses on supporting the world through an orchestral-based sound with sometimes Eastern influence. Here, you'll hear a wide range of musical textures including character themes played by a solo piano, battle music featuring the full orchestra, and choirs singing to an icy overworld. Enjoy a beautiful mix of voices, orchestral instruments, and Eastern instruments - such as the Japanese koto and Korean daegeum - as you explore Betwixt and discover what this world in-between has to offer.

What makes Betwixt's soundtrack truly special is the fact that live vocals were used in the score. Provided by RinNoreen, her voice adds a haunting delicacy to the tracks she appears on, leaving an unforgettable impression on the listeners. Though sung, the lyrics are not in any real language - they are made up entirely in order to add to the worldbuilding. At times, however, the lyrics hold inspiration from existing languages such as Korean and Swedish due to the phonetics found in those.
